Got my op on Tuesday, Mr Russo said i was approx a 32c cup. i’m having 380 overs and he said this will take me to a full dd, maybe more. What size sports bras should i buy. Also, the nurse ordered me a macom breast band for after surgery, will i wear this with my sports bra or on it’s own? xx

I’d get an e/f. I had 380 overs & I’m wearing an f Royce post surgery bra, n the 1st 4 days that was too small! Xxx

Hey lisa! oooh exciting! not long to go now.

I had 380 unders as you know and Mario wanted me to wear the band alone for the first week, then the macom bra and band for week 2, and then just the macom bra for 4 weeks.

    Everyone is different :)

I also liked the tesco sports ones. I had 410s from a B and got an E cup which is perfect. My PC said get bigger than you think for the swelling because lets face it the bras are not the most attractive and you’re unlikely to wear them again after 6 weeks. I think I might have a bra burning party for my collection of full cup granny bras! :-)
