You having ba? Id say stay relaxed and enjoy the experience, you are ion great hands and will be well looked after. And I think the key to a good recovery is to take it easy. You wont be able to be back to normal straight away so just rest and you will get on top of things when your body is ready.

Are you a day op or overnight stay?
I was a day case and took with me;
-a baggy top with big arm holes
-comfy bottoms
– mints and toothbrush and toothpaste to get rid of the after taste of the anesthetic
– magazines/books
-chargers for your phone/laptop/tablet
bottle of water and pillow for the journey home
-hair brush and hair tie
