Hey babe I feel like this too like I am in between ! Maybe try different types of sports bras ? And I think the implant can drop depending where it is as I got told overs can have a risk of dropping more . I think hours look really good though !!! I shouldn’t worry they haven’t dropped a lot ! Xxxx

Thanks for the reply hun. I’m going in on Wednesday and going to take both bras and see which they suggest , I did have over I may be just paranoid because I knew a girl who dropped too much and had to have a re op.
There even that’s the main thing hey haha least that’s one thing haha , I’ll take pictures later of how they have changed see if anyone can see difference . Is ur smallest bra rubbing on scars too? My PC said bring them both in and we will put padding so it doesn’t rub. Plus I need my stitches trimming xxx

    Hey 🙂 I had a similar problem…
I went to Debenhams and bought a shock absorber ultimate run bra – they measured me for it as they’re funny sized I think.
It’s lovely, fits really well and is adjustable so you can let the straps up/down depending and its got two different fastenings at the back so it’s really supportive.
I’d definitely recommend – the nurse said it was perfect when I went in on Monday.
    Hope you’re doing well! xxx
