Advice please, dont know what to do :(

Ive been told i need an uplift with implants but wouldnt be able to have a large implant. i dont want the scar from a full uplift and i wanted to be big and also have 4 young children so wouldnt be able to recover properly. Im just wondering if the surgeon aggrees whether to have a nipple lift. but i cant find anyone whos had this done or before and after pics that i can compare mine to. anyone out there???

I am pre op so others may have better advice .. But I can only tell you my experiences so far.

I have been told a cant have an uplift just need the nipple lift, wasn’t given a choice, was told point blankly I needed a nipple lift when I said do I not need the one with the vertical scar he said I’ve not enough tissue there..

From looking at pics if you’ve been told you need an uplift I’d have one, the results are amazing on the ones I’ve seen on here.. People who have chosen just bigger implants havnt got that round pert shape in my opinion x x

he didnt really mention much to me, and i didnt even know about a nipple lift else i would of asked, i wish i had done my research first. i know deep down i should go for an uplift as im only 25 and it would mean i get a more youthfull looking chest but i cant bring myself to go for it for some reason. trying to find ways around it haha. do they remove some of the skin still with a nipple lift? ive seen some great before and after pics but there from america xx

a nipple lift will only lift your nipple not the breast so if your breasts have sagged a nipple lift will not be enough to pull it all in to the correct shape.

I am having a oval lift because my areola needs to be reduced and my nipple is too low however my breast is not low and are quite full of tissue.

I have tubular boobs the same as catherine so our case is different to others I think full uplifts are more commonly advised.

I was also told I need a nipple lift without a doubt not a full uplift.

Im 21. Had an uplift at 19. Now had another uplift, nipple reduction, reorg, new inplants to fill the skin. Saw my scars today. They are so neat, if looked after will heal to white scars which ate barely noticeable (just a white ring atound ur nipple) the line down really blends in. My op from 2 year ago vanished. Not got before and after pics on but can answer anything you like. Lots of love xxx
