Hiya girls! So my new boobs day is creeping up on me, week Wednesday till I have my new babies! ??
I’m extremely busy with work up until then, and I’m working the week before, so, this weekend is my last proper chance of getting anything I need. I’ve seen girls talking about arnica? What form have yous got it in a d what is it actually for? When do I use it? Is there any other recommendations for post op apart from the obvious toothbrush/wipes etc. I just want to put it all in a bag ready! Any help would be great! ? anything from bloating, constipation, sickness, comfort etc! Thanks in advance girls! Xx

I used arnica tablets before my Op, started taking them as they said on the packet look them 1/2 days before my op, then you can take it every 4 hours for up to 6 days afterwards I think. I just followed what it said on the packet and got the tablets from boots! Its meant to reduce/ prevent bruising and swelling. I really think it worked for me because i always have low iron and bruise so easily, and I only had the tiniest amount of light bruising where my incisions were and small bruises where my drains were.

One thing that was a life saver for me were ice packs and my V pillow!

    xx

Im soon happy with them! Just can’t wait to sleep on my side and wear normal bras now! I was so surprised my recovery was really easy, I was expecting so much worse! Never had any pain just discomfort, worst thing was the bloating. I took the painkiller for 2 days, then only took paracetamol before bed on POD3-5. Think I was really lucky or I must have a high pain threshold! Good luck for your op! xx
