ADVICE/TIPS on healing and scarring please

Anyone know any tips or things I can use to help heal my incisions after my BA? I’m almost 2 weeks po now.

Im sure I saw someone mention a spray or something on here?

Any tips would be amazing

hiya josie, saw some had used savlon spray, but when i mentioned to nurse she said absolutely not!! i know others have used dermatex(spelling?) sheets, i think i will go back a few pages and see if i can bump it up to the top, as i want to know how soon you can use and will it work on stretch marks, i have never had them before and wasnt expecting them, but underneath my boobs they look vivid red, not sore just itchy. i have just been using bio oil for tops and sides as that is supposed to be good for scaring, let me know if you find anything before me. x x x ta muchley 😮

I usesd Savlon Wound Wash Spray from day 8 to week 6. Sprayed them on my scars every morning and every evening after shower – I healed brill and at 7 months post op u can hardly see my scars at all.

Glad i used it – never got an infection x
