I had my dressings removed yesterday… Woke up in the night a few times where my sports bra was digging in my incisions. They aren’t inflamed though.
I ended up changing out of my m&s one for a different one… Do I need a different size ? Wearing a 32D
Just feel like I’m clueless with size to by now as I’ve always been a 32a xxx
Hi hun , if you were a 32 back pre op then you should be wearing a 34 back in your support bra to accommodate for swelling , you don’t want it to ruin your incisions and cause infection or delay full healing ,when you are 6 weeks and can be measured then you’ can go back to your 32 back bras x hope this helps x
Sorry Jodie I didn’t put that I had already gone up a back size. (I am now wearing 34 back from first day surgery)
Went to shower and the wound has bled on left incsion ! Waiting on nurse ringing me back x
Hey Hun hope you dnt mind the add I’m looking to go up to a 32 d got my op in December.. Who was your op with? X
Try a sports bra like the one in my photo the nurse told me this was perfect for just after your dressings come off as it’s very soft in the bottom . In few weeks time when my scars are fully healed she told me to swap to a more supportive one. I’ve tried other bras and I find them painful in my scars the one I’m wearing now is perfect and I’ve had no discomfort. X
Where did you get them from ? Xx
This ones from la senza I’m not even sure if that shop is still going . But m&s do a very similar one for like £12 and in sure asda do to. Think there not sized tho I got medium I’m not sure what size implants you have but that fits me fine xx
400cc overs. What did you have ? xx
Tashat I had Mr Traynor at first trust Preston xx
I’ve had 375 unders from a very flat 32 a! I’ve just had look your photos yours look great I also had the same m&s white sports bra but can’t wear that now as it to sore . The bottom of that bra is very stiff I found tho, I would deffo invest in the softer ones from m&s they are over the head but with someone helping you there fine to get on xx
