Advise PLEASE!!!

Im going to see Dr Sighn on 18th April, Im really worried i am going to need an uplift! My boobs sag a little one more than the other, Im wanting to get 525`S so will i be ok with just an implant? Ive put a photo on of my horrible boobs so you see what you think! Any advice really appriciated x

I had a quick look, personally i would not think you would need a uplift, your nipples are higher than mine. Uplift was not even mentioned to me)im 37)

Im guessing 525cc will fill them out a lot more, to stop any saggy look. Maybe in years to come, a uplift may be required, but i would cross that if and when it happens. xx

I’m having same prob. Have been told by another surgeon that I need an uplift, but am hoping Dr Singh says I can have large implant over muscle to fill the emptiness. Do you mind if I add you? I may put a pic up of mine at the mo too as I reallllly don’t want an uplift & want to know what everyone thinks. (seeing dr singh on monday, but seriously cannot wait!!!!!)x
