after op do they lay u down or sit u up?

silly question ino but someone as told me 2 ask this as she said they shud prop u up afta ur op so they can se what your boobs looks like as they luk diffrent layed down CONFUSING LOL X

U dont lie fully down, just have a few pillows, ur chest needs be higher than ur waist thats all to keep circulation going and minimise DVT xx
