Hi Kelly, everyone is different depending on your pain tolerance, and sometimes going under the muscle can be more painful as the muscle has been cut and lifted in the surgery, but personally, i had under the muscle implants and i have had very minimal pain and discomfort from surgery to now (6 weeks post op)… i just found my chest was very very tight for the first few days, and if i moved too quickly or in a particular way the muscle in my chest would jump which would hurt a little bit. Never enough pain to need more than paracetamol/ibuprofen. If youve recovered from c sections, i’d say you’d find boob job recovery a breeze x

    Hi Kelly,
I had my surgery yesterday 325 under the muscle and have also had 2 c-sections. I’d say C-sections are definitely more painful and you have the added thing of looking after a new born. I’m experiencing a bit of pain you don’t realise how much you use your pectoral muscles just to do small things and defo experiencing what the lady above said. Feels like someone is sitting on your chest and if you move too quick you can get sharp pains. Xx

Hi Rebecca thanks for your reply. I think I might just be ok then lol the pain is the only thing I’m scared of haha but if I can get through 3 sections I should be OK lol

    Hi Kelly,
I had 350CC under the muscle, I really suffered with pain and found it really hard to do things and only got back to mobility about a week later, everyone is different with pain so you might be different! I’m usually fine with pain as well lol, hopefully you’re not in too much pain! xx
