Hi Girls, Im going in for my op in a week, im currently a 34B, should i get a 36 in the macom which is a large? or will this be too big? Everyones been talking about asda and marks and spencer bras too but they are all in cup sizes and i have no idea what cup size i will be at this stage. Plus Asda are sold out online.

    Any advice is appreciated.

I got 2 macoms because I couldn’t predict my cup size. My nurse told me that the longer you keep them packed into a tight bra pushing them into place the better they’ll find their place and settle and fluff so I went for my normal back size of 32 and am tolerating the pain coz it’s for the greater good! Lol!

I got macom small size 30 back, its tight but works wonders. As it helps my new twinnies settle better in shape xxx

I got a 32 Macom and it was sooo tight! The nurse wouldn’t even allow me to wear it and I’m usually a 33 back? I ended up going into asda n got a 34D and with luck it fits perfectly!xx

I know they say go up a size on your back so confused me slightly. Still not sure whether to do medium or Large, need to get it ordered soon though x

I’m usually a 32 back but bought a 34 Macom for straight after my op. After about 4 days I changed to my 32 back Macom – as the swelling had gone down xxx

hey hun if your a 34 then get the 34 which is a medium to fit you in the macom bras , some girls on here say there small but i’d get both sizes just to try them on and see which one you feel more comfortable with xx
