AFTER SOME ADVICE ABOUT BA PLEASE!!!

HI, I’ve had my initial consultation yesterday and will eventually be going to highgate for a BA, I’m unsure of who the surgeon is. I am currently a 34a and was wondering if anyone could add me so i can see before and after pictures…I am hoping to got to either a C or D cup, Thanx xxx
