I’ve got the Macom signature bra and also the Asda one. The macom is definitely tighter and I feel it supports my boobs more. But the Asda one is also fine but it’s not as tight so my boobs feel heavier which isn’t a very comfortable feeling when you’re getting used to the extra weight on your chest !

    I’ve had 420 overs today

Currently wearing a front fastening la Isla bra off amazon and it feels really supportive it’s great so far, only £13 ish

    I was a 34c so bought these in a 36dd and 46e

    Xx

Hey, so you defo could possibly acheieve the DD/E you want

    I’m hoping o achieve an F if I can

They just say to only go say two sizes bigger on the bra cup to its secure, doesn’t mean that will be your finished result size though though

This 36DD is snug on cup I reckon I’ll be 34E/F after

Hopefully we bother get the results we want 🙂 good luck xx

The shock absorber ultimate run bra is a lovely and supportive one. Shock absorber also do zip front bras too … Very handy if feeling sore. You can pick these up from debenhams xx
