Ahh decision!

Just met mr k for my consultation and have been offered 410s which I’m happy with but hes given me the choice of whether I want overs or unders.. Really not a good idea seeing as I’m the most indecisive person ever!! So girls I need your help.. What’s better overs or unders? X

I was only given an option of overs, I was a 32A and had 330cc moderate profile soft touch overs which has taken me to a 32D, my recovery was great, no pain, I think there are pros and cons of both I’ve added u so u are welcome to look at my photos. If the right implant size and profile is chosen I think overs look really natural.

410 is a bigger implant I would make the decision on how much skin you have and if it will cover the implant.

Angeljefferson had 410 overs they look fab, you could add her, I’m sure someone with 410 unders will comment, you lose 10% of the implant size with unders . Hope this helps x

They look great hun.. Well mr k said that 410 will take me to a DD and the reason I’ve been given the choice is cause I have enough tissue to cover the implant if I have overs but if I want he can also do unders! So not too sure what to do! X

I personally prefer the look of overs, some girls don’t have enough tissue and have to have unders, your lucky to have the choice. although I feel your pain I hate making decisions too.

hi hun, i was given the decision too!! i’m a small C cup and i’m choosing to have unders because:

– age, i’m almost 21 so these implants will be in me for a long old time, and unders keeps them in place better, so when you get older they don’t drop as much.

– theres less chance of getting capsular contracture and also rippling so this was a big factor in my decision making because i’m a real worrier when it comes to things going wrong.

– unders are supposed to look more natural and thats the look i wanted.

Hopefully that might help? I know the recovery time is a little longer but for me I feel it will be worth it for the above reasons.

Thanks hun… I guess i got a lot to think about!! Weigh each option up!! Mr k said I can leave it right up until just before the op so Ive got plenty of time to decide seeing as I’m not having the op til October anyway!! X

What size are you to start? I was 32a and had 410 overs, now I’m dd/e but look a d. I went for the slightly fake look x

Well I thought I was a small 34b but according to mr k I’m a large b x

Mr k told me I could have overs if I wanted but said I would have a better result with unders and that’s what I have gone with had them yesturday xx

I had the choice and went for unders for the same reasons as emilylouise mentioned. I had 460’s from a 32b. Feel free to add me. Just to add I hardly had any pain. Only took painkillers for 2 days. X

hey unders are supposed to have alot less complications and look more natural i was expectin overs but ended up with unders. with unders your recovery is supposed to be abit more painful hard, but i dont think thats always the case i was in no pain what so ever after 2 3 days max good luck with ur decisions anyway babe xx

thanks girls seem to be swinging more towards unders at the mo.. but still trying to weigh it all up! got ages to decide anyways x
