alcohol ?????????

im having my op on the 13th which is a tuesday and they say u not supposed to drink a few days before but im going to a party on the saturday which is the 10th would i be able to drink?

they say no drink 48 hours before so mite be ok x

Thats your decision honey,but if it was me, id just drink soft drinks,just to be on the safe side,but Im a worrier,and I just wanted everything to be right.xxx

i would agree with tina just to be on the safe side i wouldnt drink. it is 48 hours but id still be worried. or if you do have a drink just have 2-3 max so that its out of ur system pretty quick xx

i was at creamfields at the weekend,(loads of alcohol consumed) and my op is tomorrow, i mentioned this to the nurse and she said as long as you dont drink the 48 hrs before you’ll be ok…..i usually have a tipple every evening, not many but i like a drink, but i stayed clear of it most days last week too! xx

i drank up to 2 days before my op and was absolutely fine as long as you dont go crazy enjoy a few! xxx

im mega hungover today, its put me off drinkjing for a while, ment to be at bootcamp right now and im sitting here eating a macdonalds! uh ohhhhhhh.

I didn’t drink or smoke a week before and said I can’t drink (quit smoking now) for 3 weeks after my op.. I think my mum told them to tell me this! x

hi emmadean i gave up 7 weeks ago but the last 2 weeks i been having a couple of sneaky ones i think its just the nerves my op is next tuesday
