alcohol a week before BA anyone im confused xx

hi girlies,

im a bit confused as to whether i can have a couple of glasses of wine tonight, i have my op next thursday. on one letter it says no drinking 2 weeks before, my nurse told me a week and on another letter from mya it says no alcohol 48 hrs before.

im confused.com did anyone have a drink a week before their op and what is the reason they say not to??? xxx

My op is next Thursday and I’m having my last alcohol tonight. Going to a party so it would be rude not to, lol xx

im sure it says 48 hours on the sheet the nurse gave me so week before should be fine x

well we havnt actually decided on a size but mario has ordered a range of sizes because ive got 2 different sized boobies, one is an a cup and the other b/c and ive a funny rib cage or something lol, but im hoping to get 410 overs in the smallest boob and then for the other one to match he said prob around a 260 or bigger, just depends on the day what he thinks. i wish it was just straight forward.

Im undecided between 345 and 365 tho toying more towards 365 now from the advice on here. I have 1 boob a little bigger than the other tho not a full cup size so Im not sure if Mr T is going to correct that for me. I have 325, 335, 345 and 365 ordered just incase he does need to correct. It’s all so confusing isn’t it. I am a 34b at the mo but Im a midget at 5’2″ so I don’t wanna be too noticeable especially since there a lot of people Im not telling xx

del75 im with nikkichick, get it down ya! the recommendation is 2 weeks before, 2 weeks after, the absolute necessary is 48 hrs before and after, although i would probably try and stay away from the drink after, as it does impair healing, i was T-total for 6 days po, then had a few drinks over the weeknd then went t total for a few days again~! xxx

My form says 48 hrs but nurse told me if possible they would prefer not to drink for 1 week before x
