Wellll, heres kinda my story, ill keep it as short as i can.
Got my admission time of 7.30 for monday 6th, so we set off all the way from leeds to manchester to be there for 7.30, got there and they wasnt expecting me untill 11.30. anyway they took me to my room after half an hour and let me settle in, soon Helena came to talk to me but my notes werent there so off she went to find them, then the anesthetist came in and told me what would happen, shortly after helena came back with my notes, drew on me and said id go down in an hour.
2 hours later, and 13hours without food, i was still waiting, and obviously every advert on tv was about food! FAB. it got to 11.30 and i went to sleep to pass some time. by 2pm i still hadnt gone down, but id had 2 people come in to take my food order, looking at a menu of food when you cant eat any of it is like suicide LOL!
along comes 3pm and i still had no idea what time i was going down, so my mum went and asked a nurse and she quickly came back and said helena still had 3 people to do and i was one of them so luckily she’ll push for me to be next.
the problem was, was that my implants hadnt arrived so they had to get them special delivery from berkshire!! 45mins later the nurse came and got me, everyone was so nice and calming, the dr said he was gunna give me a few double vodkas then the next thing i knew im all dazed and crying and feel really tight, as i came round, the pain wasnt bad at all, i just felt really heavy.
the hospital was super and everyone was so nice, the drugs where AMAZING too haha.
helen then came to see me and told me the 410 implant i was going to have in one was too big compared to the 525 i was having in the other to even me out. so she had to put a 380 in.
looking at them now they look perfect, i had drains to stop swelling too so im hoping their not really swollen and will stay the same size, but when they drop will they get smaller?
im wearing a 36D sports bra but it seems to gape a little on one side, my aim was a D so im really hoping im not anything smaller.
the nurse has told me to keep an eye out for bleeding, but one of my dressings is bloody anyway so i cant really tell if theres any fresh. im a very paranoid person too so worry easily.
