Alison @ MYA Manchester is fab!!!

Just wanted to praise my Pcc Alison. She has just got back off holiday and has already organised for my pre-op and 2nd consultation to be done with Mr Traynor on the same day (30th August). I have 300 miles to travel to the clinic so she has arranged this as I will be in Manchester to fly on my hols to Ibiza – double celebration, woop woop!! She knows how anxious I am about the whole thing and is helping to calm my nerves with her help and support.

Lauren was also fantastic and answered all my questions while Alison was away!

she rang me about an hour ago apologising about my date being mixed up and that she was away while it happened and so couldnt help me. she was really nice and seemed genuinly sorry bless her.

before i was feeling like mya didnt care once they had got the money – shes just restored my faith in them x x x

She really is, she’s just called me as she’s my PC aswell. I’ve missed her xxx

She really does care about us!! She is also seeing me to give me some advice when I go for my pre-op and see Mr Traynor. Think she knows what we are going through as she has been there!

Hi Tracy2010 i am travelling from london to Manchester also to have Mr Traynor. I have just seen your post above about having a second consultation, is this compulsory? as my schedule is pretty tight leading up to my first consultation and my surgery date. How comes you are travelling so far? x x

LOL I laughed my head off today when she rang me – I was supposed to have my BA on 30th of June but it got changed to 7th July.

She asked me how the op went and how i was getting on – I told her it was next week and we both ended up laughin about it.

Glad she rang me tho it made me laugh.

And yes she is a good PC. x

she is m PC too and phoned to see how i was today post op. Got my post op check tomorrow xxx

Joanne – no you don’t need to have a second consultation I am just having one as Im still unsure about size and there was loads I forgot to ask first time round as I was in such a flap, lol!!

I live in West Cumbria and didn’t want to have my op around here so i decided to travel to Manchester and I wanted Mr Traynor. Could have got it done at Transform in Carlisle which is only 30 minutes from my house and was £600 cheaper – just hope I’m doing the right thing!! x

I’m at the Manchester clinic tonight at 7:30pm, ahh maybe next time ay haha xxxx

Thank you Tracy, i was starting to panic. I was originally booked in with a surgeon at the London clinc, however, i saw some of Mr Traynors work on here and all of the positive comments he received so i knew i wanted to change.x x

Alison rang me today to say that she had moved my date forward by one day wwhhhiipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Bad news was it was being moved to Preston (not best pleased) however Alison (ANGEL) has arranged a car to take me and collect me.
