Ella I had my op monday night, I’ve found it difficult to sleep but even tho it’s only my 2/3rd day post op I can already feel a difference with my arm movements. At the moment I’m taking regular pain med they gave me, at least for another day then been advised to take it as & when I need it xxx

Hi Hun I had my op yesterdays and I keep getting told of by my hubby and daughter for doing to much as apart from being a little achy if I don’t take my pills I am fine no pain no stiff arms I feel so lucky so you read on here people are like that after the op and you can’t imagine it will be like that for you. Take it really easy and you will soon be the same congratulations x xx
