All done, 410 unders with Dr K

Hi ladies, just to let u know I’ve had my ba and survived!! Had the op at 11.30 am and all went well, but reacted badly to the GA so still here now. Just waiting to see if they’ll let me discharge now as desp to get to my hotel!! Felt very sleepy all day and couldnt eat as felt sick. 2 anti sickness pills later, a vanilla slice, ham sandwich and copious amounts of water later and I’m feeling good. No pain at all just a very obvious achey feeling.

Hi ladies, was still pretty wasted last night when i posted so thought i’d give you all a more concise story!

Got to hosp at 8.30, checked into room within 10 minutes and nurse came in pretty much straight away to check my temp, blood pressure etc. Told to put the gown, socks and paper knickers on. The food lady then came in with my welcome pack, food menu and Molton Brown gift set – lovely! All the staff are genuinely very nice and i felt really safe and comfortable. Soon after, Dr K came in (que for boyf and daughter to go). He was very pleasant and confirmed what we were doing. He mentioned again whether i wanted unders or overs and i was like “i don’t know, what do u think?” Dr K said “you just have to choose” (don’t think he likes to properly discuss these things at that stage) so i went with the unders as it was what i’d prepared myself for. Then at about 11.20 the nurses came in to take me down. Had my dressing gown and slippers on/ Didn’t feel nervous, but as soon as i entered the anesthetic room my palms went sweaty! Laid down on the bed and nurse but the canula in – just a slight sting. Then ten mins later the anesthetist came in, told me he was giving me a gin and tonic! Put the pain relief in and then the GA. I remember my eyes feeling really heavy and then i was in recovery with an oxygen mask on and a man sat with me. Felt very woozy and in and out of sleep. Asked the time and it was 2.30. Went back to ward and slept. A lovely food lady came in to ask me if i’d like some toast, which i then couldn’t eat as felt very sick! Pressed the buzzer for the nurse and she took the 10 quilts i had on me off and i felt much better! Had another snooze and got more toast – still couldn’t eat so had another anti sickness pill and waited. She then brought me ham sandwich. By this point i was desperate to go to the hotel so forced a few bites down! It was so dry in my mouth and such a struggle to get down! So strange because i’m normally such a greedy cow. By this point it was 8 o’clock and they said they could only go i went for a wee. Tried, but nothing came out! So i had to stay and in hindsight i’m very glad as had a really good nights sleep and woke up feeling so much better. Had a full english, got the canula and drains taken out. Drains are really no big deal – they look a bit gross, but you can’t feel them and then it’s just a tug when they come out.

So now the important bit THE BOOBS! They’re all taped up, but i do believe they’re pretty darn good! Forgot to mention that Dr K came in to see me and said everything went well. I will post pre and post op pics asap and let you all know. Please feel free to add me – i’m not bothered if you ask, say thanks or comment. I’m happy to share them and understand how difficult it can be to remember who you’ve spoken to and what pics you’ve looked at. If there are and weirdos or or just general perves out there then shame on you for imitating us wonderful women desperate for “perfect boobs” and some friendly advice.

To all of those out there yet to have their ops – it will be here before you know it and from my point of view it so far has been much less painful and dramatic than i imagined.

I had 410 unders Sandy and came home from hosp today. I have no pain. Quite stiff but find moving around and not being too restrictive helps. Had a very restful day, but folded and put washing away, sorted out hospital bag and put all the toys in toybox. Also had a shallow bath which was lovely. I’ve been taking all the recommended pills and they seem to be working. Got weird squelching feelings going on tho! How are you coping?

I have no Bra Nessy! Not allowed to wear one until Friday when the bandages come off. I’ve bought a Macom in medium and also a DD from Asda. One week to go – you’ll be post op before u know it!

I’ve just popped some pills Sandy and feel all woozy! Just commented on another post that i’m impressed you’ve been out shopping! Glad you’re feeling better. I feel like my boobs are massive (they dont look it) because they’re so hard and in my chin!

oh well i just managed to make it home and no more! i totally exhausted myself but was nice 2 get fresh air! wot painkillers are u on?! tht tramadol wasnt strong enough for me so got changed to different ones. they dont make me wooozy anymore think my body has become used ot them lol xx

All accepted girls – you can’t see much on the pics yet, but i promise to put more on on Friday. Very excited about the big reveal!

Fairydust – they were a small B before and hoping they’re a D now. Tried a DD sports bra on over the bandages which fit, but i guess there’s still a lot of swelling. Ask to have a look at fawnlockard88’s new boobs – they’re pretty incredible and she had 460’s and also Sandy4 who had 460’s too.

I’m a small B and i’ve only been offered 340 unders, i really want to be a full D but i’m worried they won’t be? You had 410 unders, is there much difference in the size? xx

Suzyp, have you got a very small frame? I would at least push for the 380s at least, but ultimately your surgeon will know what will suit you best and help achieve that size. xx

Well i’m 5ft 2 and an 8/10 on top…. i asked him for a full D and he said that would be fine but reading all the other girls posts it seems like 340 wouldn’t reach D? God it’s so hard, don’t want to go too big but don’t want to be disappointed! xx

Hey honey, Thanks for excepting me. Im so confused with size. Im friends with fawn and sandy’s already and their pics look amazing as does yours. Just trying to compare to see if there is much difference in size once there in. My surgeon recommended 380’s or 410’s and I said def 410’s but now going back to see him at my pre-op to see if he can do 460’s, if he can’t then thats that I guess. Think I have a bit of boob greed and rather go bigger than expected than smaller. Are you happy with your size or looking back would you have gone bigger? xxx

Hey Honey, hope its ok I’ve added you. I’m having Mr K in June (ages!!) but am trying to decide between 380 and 410 unders, worried I’ll look too big with 410’s but everyone says go with the biggest available so I’m really stuck. Would be massively helpful to have a look at your pics. Thanks xx

Added 2 news pics from day 9 with the bandages off. I got an awful chest rash from where the tape has been and it’s made me not want to look at them much! They’re still very high up and in my armpits. Getting softer. but still a long way to go! I’m hoping they get a big bigger once skin and muscle has stretched!! So Fairydust – maybe i would have gone bigger, but i’m not gonna decide until 6 weeks has passed and the boob fairy visits (please)! livtownsend – they are not that big! Especially as they’re unders. Go for 410’s. Suzy – get bigger than 340’s!
