ALL DONE!!! Yayyy ….

So I’m all done and how amazing they have been my admission time was 8am and I was lead straight to my room I was chatting to my auntie for half an hour and I put my gown and stockings on took ops and paperwork. The nurse said me traynor doesn’t get here until 9:15 and I’m first on the list, whilst the nurse was chatting to me (8:30) the person who puts me asleep came had a quick chat and that was it. Litrally one after another and then mr traynor came in at 8:30 ( wasn’t expecting him that early ) drew on me and I confirmed the size I wanted 450. Litrally 15 mins I was walking to theatre .. I had no waiting really as I was nervous I am glad so there so lovely. I laid on the bed and the canula was inserted . A few things were put in. Pain relief anti sickness and them shortly after he out in the stuff that sent me to sleep. Woke up and I am so happy . I really don’t know why I was so nervous. Currently say eating my tea and toast. I woke a little shaky due to the anesthetic but now that’s stopped . I feel no pain a little tightness. He didn’t put no strapping on just the covers over the wounds . I’m so pleased. For all you girls who are worried I know it’s natural too but u really are in safe hands and it’s nothing to be scared about.
I better go and grab the nurse desperate for a we lol.

Thank you girls . I just been for a wee and my surgeon didn’t put strapping on Just dressing on the scars . And I’ve had a look they look south bigger than I expected haha jeeeesus !!!!

Aww yey great news! I’m just in my little room watching tv now – I feel fine too 🙂 a little bit sore but nothing horrendous! You’re so right everyone is lovely and I’m being very well looked after.

Ah no are you really sore? I’m not too bad to be honest, a little bit sore but more uncomfortable than anything else.. Did you have overs or unders? Mine are overs, I’m over joyed haha honestly they look amazing at the moment, I can see them too because I’ve not got any strapping either thankfully 🙂 xxx

Woke up in loads of pain just feels like terrible bruising and wen te gym for aaas ive 10 week session non stop lol

Aw no hope you’re not in too much pain today 🙁 I’m fine to be honest, well, maybe not fine but I’m really not in too much pain at all just what you would expect.

Oh no sounds like your bra is a bit tight 🙁 I’ve got a 34E sports bra on from a 32 A/B – mine were different sizes to start off with and I’ve only had 250 in one and 350 in the other. So yours are bigger than mine!

450 I got where can I get a e sports ra I will have to get someone get me one but it’s hard find the ones with zip in the middle? I feel like I’ve been battered. I had mr traynor too. I need call mya today tho because on me chest he wrote 450 SG which clinically means overs … And that’s not what I was ment to have but I feel like I’ve had unders I am that sore. I just want to know what I have in. Like I don’t even no what profile implant I have etc.

I got mine in Marks and Spencer, it’s a purple one with a zip front. I actually brought 8 with me haha I was unsure about what size I’d be!
Ohh yeah I’m not sure what profile mine are either, Mr Traynor didn’t say when I went for my consultation and I forgot to ask! I also didn’t ask if it was overs or unders so I had to ask when I went to see the nurse.
I think he just answers the questions that you ask him haha..

Try to to worry too much 🙁 keep on top of your painkillers, I’m sure you will be able to get stronger ones from your GP too (tramadol) is supposed to be really good for pain relief.

Do you take your blue file home with you? I’ve just looked at mine because it’s been left on my little table, it says ‘MP’ next to where my options for size are so I’m guessing this might mean moderate profile? Not 100% sure but will ask. If you have your blue notes file you can check in there xx

I have asked someone pick me up a E bra I’m hoping they do go down and it’s just swelling. And I wouldn’t worry I’ve just been pottering about the house aslong as u don’t lift anything heavy ur fine. It does ache a lot doesn’t it!
Worried how I’m going to get intou Christmas jumper Xmas day haha xx

I’ve not lifted anything 🙂 just used my arms a bit to push myself up which I’m trying not to do! Oh god how are you going to lift your arms to get into a jumper? You’ll have to step into it and pull it up haha…

I think it has to be fairly tight, mine felt a bit too tight at first but the nurse said it was perfect
If you’re getting your new E cup bra soon then you’ll be fine if it’s only for another day or so 🙂 I’ll take a pic of mine and put it up tonight too xxx

I just called the emergency number as I noticed some spots of blood on my dressings, just had a major panic!!
Apparently it’s fairly normal though and nothing to worry about – unless it starts to bleed a lot more and onto my clothes. It’s literally two small dots so hopefully it’s nothing to worry about 🙂 xxx

Nothing on my dressing hun it’s not sting today so that’s good I feel really good hardly no pain at all its like I’ve not had them done 3 days ago … I don’t lift my son but still pottering around the house doing jobs I’m surprised how u feeling xxx

Ah that’s good then that you’re not stinging today. Yeah same I feel really really good, hope I’m not speaking too soon haha.
I honestly don’t feel like I had them done 3 days ago either, the only thing I feel is quite tired but that’s all.

I’ve just messaged you on your forum. Don’t be scared he is amazing he really is and I was so nervous but didn’t no why all it is is a needle in the hand and u don’t remeber the rest and the pain is Recovery is bearable x

Ah Amber don’t be nervous, honestly it’s really not that bad. I’ve actually enjoyed the whole experience so far! Good luck 🙂
I’m not sure whether they’ll take the plasters off, I’m guessing so but really not sure! How are you today? I’ve not felt air bubbles in mine, not yet anyway but I’ve heard a few girls on here have so don’t think it’s anything out of the ordinary! I go on Monday too for my one week post op 🙂 xx

Mr Traynor is lovely too, I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed my whole journey so far! Just relax and enjoy it 🙂

That makes me feel better

I’m traveling from Newcastle bout two hours away and how long were you waiting after your admission time for your op and how long after your op were you discharged xxx ps my forum is playing up not putting up all the message up

Ah no worries! I travelled from Hartlepool so fairly near Newcastle 🙂 it was about 2 hours..
I stayed over night so can’t help with the discharge time but I got to the hospital a bit early (one hour beforeh admission time!) and I was seen to really fast, I sat in a little room with my mum for about 20mins, shown to my room where a nurse came and asked me questions/took me blood pressure etc.
Then Mr Traynor came and drew on me and I was taken down to theatre. I’d say from being shown to my room to going to theatre it was about half an hour 🙂 xx

That’s good I hope I don’t have to wait long. As everytime I’ve had an appointment they have been soo slow that time I had to wait well over an hour and I got there 40 mins early so just under two hours waiting to see surgeon.

Yeah same every other appointment with me has been slow!
You’ll be fine don’t worry 🙂 it’s really quick and my recovery so far has been fine, I’m not in much pain really – it’s more discomfort than anything else xx
