all done,and got new boobies

hi.i had my ba done today at manchester with mr aurzakai (excuse spelling). I am now home.i had 460’s from an empty 38b,hoping to be a dd cup.everyone was nice at the manchester lifestyle hospital. I am in slight pain,its bearable.im sure it wil feel worse in the morning though. the most pain is from where the drains were,and bruised frm them. I wasn’t nervous today until they said were ready for you..then the nerves kicked in,but not for long as i was asleep before i knew it. I still cant believe ive had them done after all these years.i am very pleased. How long does it take for them to settle down as quite pointy at the moment.thanks x
