All paid up, Yipee ………… and new vat rate question???

I just paid the balance on my ba yesterday, so excited 22nd December roll on…. I was wondering through whether the vat increase will affect surgery for next year (will extra vat be added on or will it only affect new bookings?), I don’t want to panic anyone but its worth asking, i know its only 2.5 % but it adds up on a large sum and if your on a tight budget like me then you need to know whats what.
