Allergen 435cc low profiles help! Having high pip's out will I look small again!

Really worried am having the awful pop implants out. Have high profile in and am 34dd ( but look smaller) not happy with the big gap between so has been suggested I have low profiles with higher amount of gel 435cc anyone had the same size and profile?

I’m 5ft and dress size 10/12

Here don’t worry I’m a 34E and was a 34AAA before, had 470 low profiles and I’m a 34E in Ann summers and a 34 or 36F in la senza

Plus I’m 5ft 11 and a 12/14
