Hey Nicole, which bras have you bought?? I got a total support bra from M&S yesterday, and the pain has gone!! It must have been the macom pushing my boobs together that was hurting. Are we allowed to wear just support bras though?? x

I have got just a regular no wire bra. Holds them in place. Yes I think we are allowed a total support because that what we need soothing to hold them in place whilst they heal. When I was in the car on the way back from op had really bad bra on was to big and they was bouncing around was giving me travel sickness haaaaahaaaaa. I got a sports bra from primark yesterday and is really comfy :)
