Almost two years later, happier…but could be better!

Hi Folks, its been a while since i last used this website..Anyway, i had my op on 30 July 2010 by Mr Aurakzai. I went from a 32a to a 32e with 380 unders. They dont look big at all, but im happy with the size. Im more still upset about the shape! Im happy with my right breast, but my left breast is wonky and mishaped! Paying all that money to sort out an insecurity, but yet still feelin insecure, its kinda upsetting! As some of you will know, Mr Aurakzai left last year. I didnt get told why but i can only assume it was because he got a lot of complaints! Me, being one of them! I went to see him almost a year ago now, just before he left. I had to argue with him to get him to see why i wasnt happy with them, he was trying to tell me my boobs were like that pre op. I finally got through to him and he agreed to go ahead and re-operate. That was a year ago. The aftercare team havent really helped since i had my second post-op check up. Everything was fine until that point! I just dont know what to do. I feel like iv been fobbed off. Can anyone kindly remind me how long the aftercare is for? Is it two or three years? I dont want it to be too late and have to pay to have them sorted out! Thanks for reading. Thanks fairy, i hope i can sort something soon. I just dont know who to see now that Aurakzai has left. I think i need to get my ‘bitch head’ on and nag until i get my way! lol. Iv just uploaded the only pic i have on my laptop, not great really. I didnt used to understand boob greed until i had mine done! You just get used to the size and then you start thinkin theyv shrunk and so you want to go bigger lol. Like i said though, im happy with the size (altho given the opportunity i would go bigger!) but the thing thats upsetting me is the shape. If i cup the bottom of my left breast and place my fingers firmly around my the bottom of my boob (a bit like where the wire of your bra sits), it moves and shapes my boob to exactly how i want it and would be happy with! Its a matter of them stitching the inside of my boob so its more rounded! Its easy really! i should have become a surgeon myself! im such a perfectionist lol! xx

Hmmm sounds like u should be seeing someone else hun!

I think u should demand to see another surgeon, u should be entitled to that now that Ur’s has left the company!

its not fair if u are still within ur aftercare and u haven’t had the correct “aftercare”

Hi xdodiex – sorry to hear you are having a tough time getting yourself heard with MYA. There’s a MYA moderater on these forums – she’ll probably see this and get someone in touch with you about it. MYA should take some responsibility over it – especially if the surgeon has left, possibly due to problems!

Could I take a little look at your pics please? I’m getting 410 unders in a few weeks – it’d be great to see what they might look like in a year or two xx

My Pc told me we gave life time aftercare that’s wat makes them so good? as other company’s only have 2 or 3 years, suppose I’ll have to look that up aswell now, wen did the shape start to form hun was it a year after your op? Xx

Stacey, when i first ever woke up after the op i knew something wasnt right as they had applied pressure in between my boobs like a rolled up bandage, they said that was to keep the swelling down in between my boobs, but as the days went on i knew it wasnt swelling. The only way i can describe it, is that the pocket he created for the implant is slightly bigger, and a bit too much towards the middle, so i dont have nice round boobs in the middle. But my right one is, so i know thats how its supposed to look like, if you know what i mean? I must admit, the longer the time passes, the better it gets, but if i dont get it sorted then it will always bother me. I dont think the aftercare is lifetime, they just say that about the implants they use. xx

Yes I understand wat u mean huni, is it like the implant is merging itself into the pocket which is givin the odd shape, he obviously realised wat he’d done after he put the implant in! I’d defo get on there case hun I mean they say don’t expect perfection, which I suppose we could except one bein slightly bigger than the other or nipples not in the exact place they should be but they should most defiantly be round an not misshapen xxx

My left boob has now gone a strange shape….its ok at the top but half way down it is like it has sunk in and looks flat and I now have s saggy bit at the bottom…it looks ok if I pull the skin up at the top it looks perfect!!! Its like the implant had deflated and now a tad too small if that all makes sense lol xx

Stacey, naturelle implants have lifetime care, but only the implants are covered!

There’s an open door policy which means u can go whenever but after a certain period u are not covered for anything bur the implants xxx

Ahh dodle sorry to hear ure bad times I hope u get everything sorted uve paid a lot of money for these implants and we should all feel happy in what we receive also the aftercare too keep pushing babe x x

My PC has been in touch today and is finding out about who will be able to fix me! lol. I will keep you lot posted..just shows..if you do something about it, they do help you out. Dont just sit there and think about it. Get yourself on the phone to them and keep pushing! xx

If your implants have a lifetime guarantee does that mean that they will replace them if they rupture or anything else goes wrong with the implant? And will MYA do it or are you only covered by MYA for a few years? I’m confused!

Chloeisblonde… lifetime garantee (naturelle) only covers the implants themselves… u still pay for the surgery, meds, surgeon, hospital etc.

cui 10yr is the same… But obv for ten not a lifetime.
