am i likely to get an infection?!

I have tried everything to get these antibiotics down my throat but I just can’t do it! Guna make myself sick if I carry on! What’s guna happen if I don’t take them?! X

Probably nothing, they’re just a precaution. I told the nurse I can’t swallow tablets and she gave me liquid. If you’re really worried you could go to your gp, take the tablets with you so he/she can see what you’ve been given and they may be able to give you a prescription for liquid x

Yeah just can’t swallow them, they are massive!! Tried cutting them up but I could actually taste it and I nearly threw up! Btw I’ve had rhinoplasty so not a good idea to be sick

I have an infection, which is likely to be from the stitches I’m on my second lot of antibiotics, more dressings and more ointment !

Hi Louise maybe you could try dissolving the tablet in hot water than drinking it, it will probably taste disgusting but at least the antibiotics are in your system. X

Maybe try putting some blackcurrant cordial in it x

Maybe crush them up?x
