Hi gals! Ok, 3 weeks may sound like a long time to some, but the older forum members will know about my job…

I’m a singer, so am worried that I won’t be able to perform after 3 weeks? Do you think I will need longer?

I don’t particularly dance around on stage much lol… but still, not as if I’m going back to work at an office job… Also involves me driving quite a bit to get to gigs… How long until you started driving again?

I will make sure someone is with me so I don’t have to carry the equipment. But still wondering if I will manage? xxx

You will have to see how you feel honey, most people start driving again after one week,so you are giving yourself plenty of time to get back behind the wheel, but you won’t actually know how you feel, until you are post op,but based on other members posts you may be fine, xxxx

Hi Chic. As Tina says see how you feel. I started driving 2 weeks after as I work in an office and needed to get to work. It was a bit uncomftable. As far as performing its holding the mic aswell. You may need to use the stand more. Do you perform every night or just at wknds? If its not everynight and you get a break inbetween then id say youd be ok. Everyone heals differently. So you can realy only go by how you feel at 3 wks. Good luck.xx
