Am i ok to keep sports bra off for a while?

The sports bras i have are really hurting my incisions and putting loads of pressure on them. It got so sore on one side i have had to remove my bra. Such relief!!

Am i ok to do this?

I take mine off for about an hour before bed after having one on all day it can get very uncomfortabe an i wear a different on to sleep in, none of my bras touch my incisions though they come down pretty far! x

I bought mine from tesco as they are rubbish. Going to go to m&s tomorrow to get one. Where did u get yours from xx

i originally only had 2 macoms and a post surgery bra from ebay think its called royce silver or something! but having to wash them every day become annoying so i bought another royce one which is my fave and then last week i got some from m&s 2 in a pack for £12 think ones called m&s crossover which is ok but comes a little higher then my others and 2 in a pack of basic stretchy sports bras that u can step into or pull over ur head an i sleep in those ones! id defo recomend the royce one though its so comfy an desnt make ur boobs look pointy which alot of them do lol xx
