I got from M&S a post op bra that is non worried but shaped more like a normal bra, they r really supportive and give a good shape (better than a sports bra) looks good under my dress that shows a bit of the twins :) x

It was £22.50 for two bra’s white and black. They look so much better under vest tops ect and far better than a sports bra! Lol it’s in their post op section, they r bit thicker too which is better for me as my nipples r at that stage where they r very sensitive and pop up to say hello!! Lol xx

Oh our M&S is tiny and don’t do them :( I got the kelly Holmes sports bra from tescos that gives you good shape just crosses over at back so can’t wear anything low cut or without all your back covered! I got a lush new LBD that covers it and makes the twins look huge so I’ll go for that xx

Some of the post op bra’s from marks and spencers are on sale at the moment, you can get them from around £7.00 onwards. My friend who has just her BA, said they are really really comfy!!
