    Hi All

I will be two weeks post op on wednesday, i had 385cc overs.

Heres my concern……..My right boob is alot lower and bigger than my left. I am left handed and they do say that whichever hand you use that boob will take longer to settle. But i am really concerned about it.

I have an appoinment with my surgeon on the 30th july to get his opinion.

I spoke to the nurse today ans she said it is still very early days and the left one will catch up, it will just take longer.

Has this happened to anyone else?

This is normal, i had mine done last september, and i had 340cc overs and uplift, and i had one bigger looking than the other, but they do catch up with each other.

I am left handed, and my right breast took alot longer to heal, even now you can see a bit of difference. my right breast is a bit higher and hasnt dropped like my left, but eventually it will. so dont worry at all XX

Hi, I have just joined this forum after watching a programme on tv about cosmetic surgery. I had my BA @ Mya Manchester 2 years ago and feel a bit sorry for all you ladies who are having the same doubts and feelings that I did in the weeks and months after. I can tell you now truthfully that it will take quite a while for your boobs to setle down completely. I worried and worried and drove myself mad even rang the aftercare nurse for advice. At one point (much later than 2 weeks) I remember saying to my friend “it’s like I have something alien in my boobs I can feel them moving!!”. I remember my boobs ‘wrinkling’, I could see the implant and feel it moving and yes one definately felt higher and bigger than the other (I am cetain it was my right boob). I now know that this is all perfectly normal, I guess they have to settle into your skin and body really. Don’t forget you need to get used to them as well.

Honestly though try not to worry (I did!!) they will totally settle and be the same.
