Anatomical or round implants?

I’ve only ever seen round implants at my consultations, but does MYA do anatomical (teardrop) ones?

Has anyone had anatomicals? Apparantly they look a lot more natural, but have a risk of turning?

Hey Hun, I had the exact same feeling before I had mine because I was so worried they wouldn’t look natural, my surgeon kinda put me off them cos the can turn and aren’t as full at the top, I’m now two weeks post op and couldn’t be happier with round. They are slighytly round but even after two weeks I can really tell how natural they are starting to look but with fullness at the top. I think given a few months and they will be perfect try not to get too hung up on it, cos I did and now I wish I hadn’t even bothered lol xxx

Oh forgot to say, I was told with the teardrop I couldn’t have gone as big as I could with round, I guess they must be a bit wider… So I guess youhave to think about that too. I’ll add another pic in the next few days to show the diff in mine two weeks on cos it’s unbelievable! Xxx

That’s exactly what I’m thinking, I want them to look natural but want some fullness at the top.

I think I’m gunna go for round cos I’m worried about the whole turning thing. And like you said, I don’t wanna get hung up on it!

You’ll defo get that. Mine are sloping nice from a side view now too. What I mean is they aren’t round like stuck on look (wish I could draw a diagram) lol what size are you now and what you having?? Xx

I’m a 32A and having either 230cc or 260cc, I haven’t decided yet.

I was a 32c and had 410cc overs. A friend of mine was the same size as you andhad 300s… They looked fake for a good few months but a year on and you can’t even tell they are fake at all!! It’s amazing how they go once settled. Are you excited? xx

Aw wow I was thinking about having 300’s but was told they could look pretty fake so have decided to go with a smaller one.

I’m so excited! Was looking at all the bras whilst shopping yesterday, thinking about when I can buy lots of new pretty ones

Go with what your comfortable with – if you feel the smaller implants are better for you I’m sure they will be

I’m still I abit of pain to be honest – I’ve not had it easy like most of the girls on here but I’m getting there. They are starting to feel like they are mine now lol

What surgeon you having? Xx

That’s probably quite normal, from what I’ve read on here the pain can differ. Although I’m not an expert, lol. I hope it’s not too bad for me though!

I had Mr adamo too!! He’s lovely and I’m so pleased. One of my scars is hardly noticable already and the other only slightly he’ll make you feel really comfortable and joke with you if your nervous on the day to take your mind off it xxx

Aw wow, that’s fab I’ve heard such good things about him! And he is really lovely, put me right at ease at all of my consultations.

I have a few on here of the day after the op but they didn’t look great them, looking loads better now! Did you mean pics of the scars? I’ll try and put some on tomo if you like xxx

hun just be careful cuz my mates friend has the teardrop implant and it kept flipping over but she cud of been unlucky xx x

Thank you! aw i’m sure they will – there isn’t much in it when you think that 125-150 is one cup size. Mr Adamo wouldn’t do bigger than 410 for me, this is the biggest he recommended – so he really knows what he is talking about – defo trust him as he doesn’t like the fake look so i don’t think he would suggest that if they was going to look fake xx

Well he offered me 525’s at first lol. After 4 kids i think i must have a lot of empty skin lol. Did you have unders or overs? xx

oh really, wow that’s big! What back size are you? I had overs, i was a 32/34c to start with but was empty on top. but yeah, sounds like you prob have more “room” than i did. I know that sometimes if you don’t want an uplift they can give a bigger implant, so maybe this is the case?? xx

Yeah thats what i was thinking. Im a 34B small small C lol. All of my friends that have had them done had 300’s or 340’s and they said omg they are gonna be huge. Oh well nothing wrong with big ones haha xx
