Try a hot water bottle Hun, I have a prolapsed disc so I’m going to be in agony once my boobies are in, my heat pack thin really helps me,or diclofenac tablets or tramadol Hope it eases up for you soon x x

I’ve got one on my back at the mo. It’s driving me crazy. Had heat packs on thru day, trying co codamol tonight with ibuprofen as tramadol failed to work last nite! Ouch yeah I feel for you, it’s just all the resting n sleeping propped up that’s doing it. It’s bloody awful. Thanks hun. Wen do u have your boobies done?xxx

Aww feel so sorry for u, im dreading the sleeping bit! your 7 days post op tho, it can only get better you must have been thru the worst bit! Hopefully with each night it will ease xxx

It’s awful Hun. I’m sick of moaning! I even moan about moaning! I thought last nite was my worst nite but then it kicked in again tonight, it’s awful! Wen do you have yours done Hun? & thank you!xxx

Don’t worry I’m always winging about my back, my bf knows to expect a lot more. And I moan about moaning too lol, it’ll beaver before you know it! You look fab already and are so brave with going throug so muc a once. Well done x x x
