anikin?

Heya ive heard people talking about anikin? What is this and is it Heya good?

Do you mean arnica? if so its meant to help with bruising but heard a lot of bad things about it x

I was going to take it but decided not too in the end, i got spooked by what i read about it on here, and apparently some of the surgeons are very against you taking it…one of my friends used it and swore by it though! It is herbal i think xx

it thins the blood, increases your chance of deep vein thrombosis and pulmunary embolism all for the sake of a bit of bruising and swelling, which you may not get anyway, i got no bruising at all and i never took it x

It’s confusing isn’t it cos transform sent me info out advising me to take it before and after the op! I think it’s better to go off ur individual surgeon’s advice cos they know their own individual technique etc xx

I read in my paper work not to take it. so i didnt. i have no bruising whatso ever yet. had op on wednesday. xx
