I heard from my boobie buddie that her post op appointment was cancelled and I called Holborn( stupid receptionists are useless there) and they told me I dont have an appointment at all…I was like ummm yes I even have it put on a card for me which was booked at my 7 day nurse check….I got so angry and put down the phone….text my pc and still waiting to reschedule my appointment but she was more helpful than their reception especially because im out the country for 18 days after that so i need to know im okay to fly long haul, wear a normal bra and reassurance that im healing okay etc.
I love MYA but they need to get the basics together.
My surgeon and PC are amazing but Reception staff are USELESS.
MYA is still the best but really there receptionists need to get more organised . If an appointment needs to be rescheduled they should call me , I have taken off work(unpaid) already on that day and then reception tells me im wrong and I dont have an appointment which is obviously their error. My surgeon is out the clinic that day and my pc said appointments had to be cancelled but I had no call nothing and then was told I have it wrong…mean time the reception forgot to tell me. If it wasnt for my boobie buddie I wouldve turned up on the day and been even more pissed off.
