Anti depressants

Hello girls was wondering if you would be able to help me. I was taking anti depressants last year and stopped for abit. I went back on them a month ago and have booked for my op end of July? I have seen some girls saying they have been refused surgery because they have recently gone on them? Xx

Depends on your surgeon but most of them are very strict on surgery with people who have only been on them a short amount of time (they like you to be on them continually for 6months min). Ms Lutz was very specific about how long I had been taking them and wanted to know I’d taken them everyday with no break. Having surgery is very invasive and a lot of pressure on the body, they won’t do the surgery if you have only just started back on them. Either stop them until after your surgery or wait 6months xx

Okay thank you for your help. I have been taking them for a month now though. Does that mean I have to stop taking them
For 6 months before my surgery? I have my ore op booked for end of July xx
