Anxiety and councelling

Hello ladies,

Well for the past 7 years I have had anxiety on and off and can usually get out of a bad patch but I lost my grandad in dec, my mum is poorly, my father in law had a heart attack, I’m in the middle of moving back to the uk and also have some medical things being sorted, well since all this I have been having a tough time so I’m seeing a councillor to help with this, well I have just read on another forum that if you have had any councelling it can affect stop you having surgery, has anyone had this problem?

it wasnt untill after i paid for my boobs and was waiting for op i was informed the surgeon needs to send a letter to ur gp for the go ahead,and if u have a history of dodgy things they can tell the company ur not suitable for surgery..but i think it has more to do with more serious mental health issues like (excuse spelling) skisofrenia etc i doubt they wouldnt let u have surgery beacuse of ur situation…i also suffered panik attacks and post natal depression for a while but it didnt matter atal xxx

I saw 1 therapist once for self esteem n anxiety n mya wudnt operate without a note from my gp saying I was fit enoughbeven though I only went one Time. Luckily my gp stated I was fine. Normally its ok so I wudnt worry hun xx

Thank you, my op is in July so I may phone up and check just in case, Im already worrying I won’t go through with the surgery so don’t need added stress xx
