Anxious post op people – Question re SSRI's

Hello All,

Being a natural worrier, I’ve recently been prescribed sertraline 50mg daily following the death of my gran, for anxiety attacks. I know it’s not a big dose but I’ve just read an article on sertraline interaction with general anaesthesia and it’s scared the crap out of me.

Has anyone who’s recently had boobies done taken this medication and had no probs with the anaesthetic?

I’m 3dpo and I am on 10mg of citalopram and have had no problems at all xx
