Any Advice – 380 or 410?

Hi All

I’m 5ft 2, size 8, weigh approx 8stone 4 and currently 32b, can not decide on 380 or 410!

I want to look natural and not top heavy!! Anyone with similar stats with any advice??

I think either size will look fab on your frame hun, but I would probably go for the bigger there is only 30cc difference, atleast you wont be disappointed with the size, if you have known you have gone with the biggest size you could. You get used to them very quick and they are never as big as you imagine they will be. You having unders or overs?

Overs!! I did prefer the 410 when i tried the implants in the sports bra, but ive been having second thoughts since thinking i’ll look top heavy!!

I’m gonna try the rice test and see how i feel!!

Kaylz I was exactly the same as you, really worried they would look too big. I listened to my surgeon as they do know best and Im so glad I did! Mr adamo is a legend! He advised 410 and I really wasnt sure. When I tried them on in bra they looked so big but now I have them in for real, they look so different and are the perfect size! Also for the sake of 30cc you should defo go for the bigger ones! Im now thinking I couldve gone for 460! xx

hey im also 32b, 5,2 and 9 stone. i had 380 overs now i look a DD and love them. go 410 cos i wish i could of gone bigger x

join the 410 club ha ha!! i am thinking 460 now! i have made the rice boobs 410 and i do like them very natural on me but im 5,9 10st7lb so think i could carry size bigger but going from a B to and E is a big enough jump for me!!
