    Hey
I’m new to all this and just wondered if anyone can give me some advice before my consultation with Dr Trayner next week..
I’m 5ft 6 and 9 and half stone currently a 34a after having my little boy 3 years ago and losing 3 stone..
I want my new boobies to look natural and would like to be a d cup after my op..
Would you recommend unders for a more natural look?xx

Traynor doesn’t give you the choice whether you want unders or overs he tells you after he’s had a look to see if you have enough muscle. He’s really nice and straight to the point. I’ve just had a consultation with him about a month ago, I’m also a 34a and having 350cc hp unders to get to a D/DD. I hope this helps x

When you meet Dr Traynor he will discuss the size and look you want and also will check your current boobs, he will assess if you need any additional work like uplifts etc and will decide if you have High Profile, Moderate or Ultra High Profile implants.

He will give you some implants to try on inside a sports bra (they will provide one!) based on the look you want. There will be a lady in there from Mya with you, a chaperone type thing, but this is for your protection as well as theirs to stop any lawsuits!

I suggest you take pictures of boobies you like and how you want to look, so do a good old search of the topless Zoo and Nuts girls lol, that’s what I did!

I never had a size in mind when I met the surgeon, just a picture of what I wanted to look like and he worked from that.

As for the placements they surgeon normally decides for you based on your current boobs. Unders are more natural looking as they create a slope at the top, whereas overs have more upper pole fullness. It also does depend on your skin. I had to have partials as I had breastfed and my skin elasticity was not good – but I wanted partials anyway because I wanted natural looking big boobs 🙂 xx
