Dr Singh is great, I am having him in July. Just tell him what you want and he will tell you if he can do it x

    I am a 32dd with 410 moderate profile unders; was a 32b.

I was researching like mad trying to find what size to go for to be a dd, but you’ll probably find the same as I did that it varies so much from girl to girl, what your build is, current boob size etc. The best thing is to tell your surgeon what your looking for, take in some pictures of boobs you like the size / look of (buy NUTS magazine!).

The surgeon will probably try different size implants in your bra til your happy with the look (wear a tighter top so you can see your profile).

    Good Luck!
