As soon as youre not sore! If you are all healed up then now is fine id say! I went back after 3 mths po too!! I was afraid like yourself but my surgeon said I cldve went back before this!!
I do body pump and cirtut training 4 times a week and honestly, you will feel great to get back I to it again! Xx
I do now at 10 months post op (i go 6 times a week and strength train 4 days out of 6), but there’s no way i would have done them at 3 months. Mr K said it was ok so long a I took it easy, but things just didn’t feel right back then. Probably just because the muscle wasn’t used to it (i never exercised before my BA anyway!). I say try some light strength training just once or twice a week at first and see how you go. Maybe get a trainer to advise you too xx
