Hi hun i had mine done 2 weeks tomorrow, i took 2 weeks off so going back to work on monday, but i did a couple of clients yesterday because i am so bored lol, i feel absoloutely fine though so defo 2 weeks is more than enough,xx

hi leah did you have overs? as ive only booked two weeks off but iam having unders.

and how was you after your op as in our job we use are arms alot i iam thinking weather we would have a quick recovery as the musseles are allways been used?

hi leah i had 410 unders on monday from 34a and i am taking 2 full week of when i get back my apprentice is doing all my bw for that week hope this help now i have boobes its all worth the pain xxxx good luck hun if u need advise on how i get on pm me

Hey mrsshaw1, yes i had overs, im 2 weeks post op tomorrow and i am in no pain, i am back to work monday but i did a couple of clients yesterday and i was fine i could easily have done more, i didnt ache or anything after doing them, although ive heard that unders do take longer to heal and are a bit more painful, when is your op hun? xx

iam not booked in till 5th sep as iam saveing but i thought i would take to weeks off to be safe, have you told people at work?

It will be here before you know it, im a mobile hairdresser so i have no colleagues to tell, what about you will you be telling yours?xx

Generally unders is more painful and takes longer to recover.. Maybe 2 weeks will be not enough, my mums a hairdresser and as part of the job i know you are moving your arms a lot.. But post op will tell.. some take longer to recover. As for overs, it’s less pain and recovery time is much shorter compared to unders.

I’m a stylist and i am back after having 16 days off but i was back after 13 days post op and my boss had me fully booked 5 days running and i had no problems. i also had no problems first time around as this is my second op.

also this time around i had a huge amount of scar tissue removed and implants replaced and the right implant pocket lowered so a lot more than a simple B.A.! lol

Also for reference i had 310/330 (unders) removed and replaced with 445/470 unders. i didn’t find it painfull like last time! recovery was great!

i think every one is different i had my op sunday and b wednesday i was doing clients again only a few cuts a day its the drying and styling thats hardest.
