Any ladies over 3 weeks po please please please help me :'(

Hey ladies I’m really really worried about how my implant is sitting in one of my boobs I’m hoping it’s nothing serious but got a feeling it shouldn’t be like this I have put a pic up it’s my last pic in my albumb (don’t really need to say much else cus you will know which one it is when you see it!) please could you look at it and tell me what you think I am so close to breaking down in tears I’m 3 weeks po today

I had a look. Try not to get yourself worked up. It could just be swelling. 3 weeks is still early days. However id call and arrange an appointment with your surgeon so he can have a look at it. The worst case scenario could be that its bottoming out. This has happened to mine. If this is the case you will need another op to correct it. It is covered so wont cost you anymore and its a smaller procedure than the initial one. Dont be too worried because it might not be this at all, could just be one healing better than the other but if worst comes to worst it can be sorted out.

Call your PC tomorrow and explain and get booked in to see your surgeon. It will put your mind at rest and if anythings wrong it can be sorted. They may tell you to wait until your 6 week check as your boobs still change so much over the 6 weeks so they might be fine.

Whatever it is its fixable and could be nothing. xxxx

Thanks reg 7 can you see what I mean though it’s like I have two creases in my left boob? I am booked in with surgeon on the 14th of July have text my nurse today so hopefully she will give me a ring tomorrow! I can feel the top of my implant more in my left boob to do you think it maybe a sign that it just hasn’t dropped properly? My nurse was happy with my boobs at two weeks and said they were symetrical! What us bottoming and what causes it hun is it something I may have done to cause it? My head is in a right pickle keep thinking it’s nothing then the next second thinking it could be something x

hi hun, ive just had a look, I think its just dropped a little more, I bet it will fall into that crease in a few days! Mine look different every day….I spend the whole day panicking and then when I look again in the morning, its changed! xx

It may not even be bottoming out hun because one of mine has and its much more noticable then yours. Your could simply be swelling and that one boob is healing a bit quicker than the other.

Bottoming out is when the implant falls down too low so its not sitting in its pocket like it should be so your boobs end up wonky. You have to have a procedure so the implant can be put back in the right place and sewn there so it doesnt happen again.

If it is that its nothing youve done hun, dont blame yourself. Its just something than can happen and theres nothing you can do. It either happens or it n doesnt.

Lots of things cause it. The implant being too heavy or the pocket being disected too much….

It can be sorted though. My surgeon said its a much quicker procedure and it just puts it back to normal again

Try your best not to worry it may sort itself out and if it doesnt your surgeon will sort it. Whatever happens you will end up with the fab boobies you wanted

I can seewhat you mean it may of bottomed out slightly or it may just have dropped more then the other as 3 week is very early, but i would give your pc or nurse a call a book in to see your surgeon so he can tell you if they have bottomed out or if its nothing an it will go away in time. Ive got a weird shaped boob kinda diagonal line going down one side my boob sometimes looks like a 50 pence piece its kinda strange sometimes but mainly only there when i tense, not loving mine at the mo too much! dont worry though just give them a call an im sure u will get ur answers an some help if u need it xx

Thank you ladies Yeah I know what you mean about them changing all the time bex I really hope it is just that it needs to drop! I like the look of my right boob and I think the bottom crease on my left boob and the crease in my right boob are pretty even so fingers crossed the implant drops and I only have one crease that is even to my right boob! Would be just my luck that it had bottomed out though do you have any pics of yours bottoming our reg? I think it made me panic more with the fact that my fiancé noticed it and he never notices anything so thought it must have been really bad for him to see it xx

hi hun i had my ba 3 weeks today too. Dont know wether its because i had unders but mine are still really hard and feel tight. They still sit up really high on my chest and cant imagine them dropping at all. do u mind if i add u 2 have a look?xx

No don’t mind mmxx it is my left boob but as you look at the pic it’s my boob on your right hand side yeah I know what you mean flicky I have a bit of a diagonal line on my left boob where one of the two creases are! Hopefully it’s just me being silly and the fact I am only 3 weeks and it hasnt dropped properly xx

i know what u mean but it just looks to me like its dropped. The pics that ive seen of girls that have bottomed the whole implant drops alot lower than that and have no volume at the top but if your still worried its best to arrange an appointment with your pc to see your surgeon. Like the other girls say its still really early days and they are constantly changing so maybe they are slowly dropping into shape. Yours look really natural and look soft compared to mine which are still really hard and dont move at all. 3 weeks has gone quick cant wait 4 my 6 week check up:)

I’m booked on with my surgeon on the 14th July going to ring my nurse see if she think it’s best to wait till then as they are still going to be changing until then! I know it has gone so fast I can’t believe it! Half way to being able to wear bras and hit the gym again xx

shev your boobs look great i really wouldnt worry, mine look different every day. i hated mine at the weekend as my right breast still needs to drop a little and i think they still look noticeabley different sizes but everyone else tells me they look great. i know what you mean though when you think there is something wrong. i read that if you are right handed then the right implant takes longer to drop. im also booked in for the 14 july so hopefully i will see you 1.30 & 2.00, i think we;ve hit a little boobie blues. i just hope that at the 6 week check they will look great, our boobs have changed so much in just 3 weeks. xx

ooo im in at 2.30 and 3 going to get there earlier though because of how busy it is on a sat! your boobies are looking amazing sarah i have days where i love them and days when i dont even want to look at them! yeah fingers crossed they are looking their best at 6 weeks xx
