Any of you have nightmares coming upto your surgery??? X

I keep having nightmares about different things but it’s all the time now and it’s freaking me out abit, from them being the wrong size to them popping n falling out days after n even being awake but under anesthetic n feeling everything It’s driving me mad now n I’ve still got nearly 6 wks til my op X

I was the same but I’m a very anxious person and over think everything. It’s a huge thing and your mind is obviously playing tricks on you.

There’s nothing you can do as such but I would suggest some relaxation. Have a nice bath at night before bed with some lavender oils and get into bed and read a book (non boobie related) haha! Just try and keep your mind off it as much as possible in the evening.

I keep having them too! And I haven’t even booked my surgery yet Im still waiting to meet Mr Singh! So no doubt Ill get them for months xx

I’m the same Tracy over think everything and go to sleep thinking about what size to choose, I’m hoping after my pre op and next meeting with mr t which is the 18th that my mind will be a little more at ease about everything and I won’t keep having them. I hope your gettin on ok after your re op aswel hun X

Even when I had decided on size I still over thought everything! There’s no point in doing this though. Once you and Mr T have decided on size then stick to it. There’s hardly any difference between the sizes anyways and every girl gets different results even from the same size. Mr T knows what he is talking about xx

Didn’t mean for that to sound so harsh, sorry if it did. You just sound very similar to me and I know that it’s not worth all the worry and sleepless nights double questioning yourself over size.

When you go and see Mr T why don’t you bring some pictures in of the ‘look’ youre hoping to achieve. This way he will know exactly what you want from your ba and there is no confusion. He will tell you how possible it is and advise size based on this.

Ha ha no Tracy you didn’t sound harsh, I know exactly what you mean! I’ve seen him before and discussed size and for the sake of 50cc I don’t know why I’m worrying but I can’t help it it’s just what I do, I think it’s cos it’s getting closer and closer and I’ve convinced myself I still won’t be able to pick between the 410 or 460 even after my next appt with him. I’m going to take some new pictures I’ve got and a Tahiti of my bfs that’s got my dream boobs on and then what ever size he says from them im just gona go with it (I hope lol) X

Sonia I had a dream that they decided to keep me awake but paralyse me by putting spikes into my spine lol! It makes you bloody crazy the run up to surgery doesn’t it, thank god we wake up n one of its true and we know everything will actually be ok and all go to plan X

Knowing what I know now (and 2 ops later) if I were in your boat I would go for the 460.

I have the 400 and 445 soft touch extra high profile and they’re not nearly as big as I expected. I’m 5’2″ 8 stone 10, size 8, medium build.

You’re doing the right thing going back to see him, it’s a big decision x

Aw bless you girls. I was very worried about the ga but I actually really enjoyed my op day. Waking up fyom the ga is like waking up from the best sleep ever! I felt great all day off the drugs, it was amazing! You should try and look forward to your day as its all over so quickly you’ll want it all over again x

I know i also had a dream I was the only one that liked the size and everyone else said theyre small! I’m also really scared of being put under anesthetic!! Last time I woke up crying my eyes out saying no boys liked me hahah! I wonder what i’ll come out with this time!!! xx

I had a nightmare about my surgery on sunday night and i have my OP tomorrow im just keeping busy today and not thinking about it.

I dont know if you can call it a nightmare but to me it was. I have wanted my BA since I was 18 (now 31!), I am not scared of having the op what so ever. But I had a dream a couple of nights ago that I had my op and you couldnt tell. I was so upset in my dream, it really bothered me lol.

I just havent slept at all last night so then im not having nightmares lol, not sure if i will sleep tonight either ill be too excited/nervous.

Its just cause its going on in your head, dont worry to much about the dreams.

Batty I didn’t think about it too much last night and I was fine but I’m sure I’ll have a few more before surgery!

It seems like its quite normal for us to have anxiety about surgery if we haven’t experienced it before. I’ve had ga a few times now and I don’t like it, it lowers my blood pressure quite a lot and I stay drowsy for a while after but it doesn’t bother me, I’m really scared of needles so I’m surprised I’ve not dreamt about them but I’m sure we will all be fine anyway X

We will we just have to trust our surgeons! They know what they’re doing!! Also I find camomile helps its really calming to have a camomile drink before bed xx

I completely trust mr traynor that’s why I don’t understand them cos the only thing I think about is choosing my size but I’ll try the camomile cos I’m a bad sleeper anyway X
