Eeek i’ve taken mine off twice before bed for a little ‘breather’ then fallen asleep without it! And i’ve started sleeping on my side as well so my boobs were a bit achey in the morning but everything was fine xxx

I’ve slept without mine at 2 weeks, woke up quite sore in the morning…but I guess a one off is not going to do any harm. BTW, I really hate my maxim now, I’m 4 weeks post op, sooo looking forward to getting rid of it x
