Recommend a private clinic in Kent called reshape a surgeon called mr umar d khan owns it, he is absolutely fab he has a new technique in which way the implants go in he dosnt do overs or unders or partial basically he splits the pectoral muscle and put have the implant in there and the other half is over the muscle if u google muscle splitting technique it will tell u all about it, my results are fab. X x x

They’re different shapes and I have no upper pole fullness. Even though they are still small (which is another reason I’m not happy) they look saggy! They look rubbish! Glad your happy Hun your surgeon sounds amazing x

i’m due to have my ba but havent booked with anyone yet. was meant to have it three years ago with mya but had a accident and wasnt allowed it done so they refunded my money. finally i’m just about well enough to be allowed them done. Its scary picking where to go and sizes etc. How much does the clinic you mentioned charge ? Do you have photos available of yours sorry i’m not a perve promise. Been for a second opinion and surgeon said my boobs are ‘flat’ as Im quite broad therefore should have been offered extra high profile. I didn’t even know these existed though. I also should have been offered a much bigger implant.
