any one with 525 overs plzzzz

im soo confused about what to do ive booked 24th aug with 615’s low profiles i chose low profiles coz i dnt like wen boobs have a big gap between them so i thought coz there wider based i wouldnt have a gap.. but now im thinkin of havin high profiles coz everyone ive seen havent really got bigs gaps sooo im thinkin either 525 or 615 but havent seen many soo plz plz add me xx

What has your surgeon recommended? x
