Any other girls with 290 anatomicals?

Hi girls, I’m a bit worried as I’m 5ft 8, size 10 and a 32B now but I’m having 290 anatomicals with mr Adamo next week. I’ve not seen any mention on here of 290 implants, has anyone else had them?

I’d ideally want to achieve a big C / small D cup after this but I’m worried I’ll be majorly dissapointed..
