Any photos i can view from A cup with either 380/435cc low profile overs???

Hi I know it’s a big ask but has any one got any photos as I am booked in for my op on the 19th of April in Highgate. Mr.C offered me low profile for a more natural look but also offered me two sizes and I’m having a panic that if i go for the 435cc they’re going to be too big – I only want to be a D, DD at the most. But I’ve got the choice of 380cc as well, but don’t know if they are going to be a bit small or leave loose skin (I’m a really empty A cup after breastfeeding). Don’t want to think about having the op twice!! EEEK I don’t know what to do??

I have seen tweetiebird’s piccies and they look fab, but an E would be a bit big for me and I think she had 380 overs…
